TERMS & CONDITIONS

Spot G7 Coffee at the participating supermarkets and post on your Instagram for a chance to win prizes worth over $2,000 for a total of 16 winners.

This promotion is organised by Sheng Sheng F&B Industries Pte Ltd, of 28 Tuas South Street 3 Singapore 638027 (“SSFB”).

- Only one (1) prize to be won by each eligible participant
- Travel prize excludes personal expenses such as meals, travel insurance, and other incidentals unless otherwise stated

Images and/or videos must be posted on Instagram from 1 October to 11 November 2025.

Draw will be conducted on 14 November 2025, 12pm. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 working days of the draw. If SSFB fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it may at its discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the promotion mechanism.

- The winner of the 3D2N Ho Chi Minh Return Flights and Hotel Stay for 2 will receive an authorised letter via email to redeem the prize from an appointed travel agency.
- Winners of the La Gourmet Thermalware Set and G7 Coffee Variety Box must collect their prizes in person at Sheng Sheng F&B Industries Pte Ltd, 28 Tuas South Street 3, Singapore 638027, during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, excluding public holidays).
- All prizes must be collected within 30 days of winner notification. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

- Winners must show proof of the Instagram account used for participation when collecting their prize.
- SSFB reserves the right to verify the winning Instagram account at the point of collection.
- If a winner is unable to collect the prize personally, an authorised representative may collect on their behalf by presenting an authorisation letter from the winner and proof of the winning Instagram account.

SSFB will not be held responsible for any prizes that are lost, damaged, or delayed during delivery (if any). Packing and delivery charges may apply.

Prizes are non-transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash. SSFB reserves the right to substitute reward(s) with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

Participants below 18 years old must seek parental consent before participation. SSFB shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.

SSFB’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winner(s), SSFB shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the promotion.

SSFB reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned.

This promotion is open to all except staff and immediate family members of SSFB and their advertising/promotion agencies.

Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. SSFB is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may suffer or sustain as a result of the promotion or accepting the reward(s).

The value of the reward is accurate as at the date of publishing. SSFB is not responsible for any variation to the value after this date.

SSFB may collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, notifying and verifying successful participants. If you do not provide us with the required information, SSFB will not be able to notify you and verify your particulars in the event that you win any prizes and you will be disqualified from the promotion. By participating in this promotion, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by SSFB in the manner described here.

Release and Indemnity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each participant, by entering this promotion, expressly releases SSFB from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with this promotion or their prize, if any. Participants will indemnify SSFB, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the participant’s breach of any of these Terms.

SSFB will not accept any responsibilities for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use of the reward, or any transaction or dealing between SSFB and you in relation with the use of the reward(s).
